My TV shows no compatible IPTV apps in its store — now what?
That happens occasionally as manufacturers review and remove generic player apps. A different compatible app name, or a sideloaded one on Android-based devices, usually solves it.
What is EPG and do I need to set it up myself?
EPG (electronic program guide) is the on-screen channel schedule inside the player app. Most apps load it automatically from the M3U link — check the app's settings for a manual EPG field if it doesn't.
Can I use the same link on the TV and my phone at the same time?
Each plan is intended for one device at a time. Running the same link on two devices simultaneously can cause playback issues on both.
What do I do if the picture freezes or buffers?
It's usually the connection, not the app — try a wired connection or move the device closer to the router.
